Investigating the Dimensions of Forest Destruction and Land and Natural Resources Seizure from Legal and Legislative PoV

Considering the importance of the environment and natural resources in the country and the challenges in this field, the meeting “Causes of Forest Destruction and Seizure of Natural Resources from a Judicial, Legislative and Managerial Perspective” was held at the University of Judicial Sciences.

This meeting was held with the cooperation of Jurisprudence Studies Department of the Judiciary Research Institute, the Student Scientific Association of the University of Judiciary Sciences, the Vice President of Human Resources of the Judiciary and a number of environmental associations. Dr. Ali-Mohammad Shaari, representative of the 10th term of the Islamic Council, Dr. Reza Aflatoni, head of the Land Affairs Organization and Mohammad Nasrallahi Almouti, the secretary of the National Network of Environmental and Natural Resources Organizations of the country, investigated the dimensions of this damage.
