The head of the Judiciary Research Institute announced the publication of the collection of judicial verdicts of 1400 by topic in near future.
Hojjatul-Islam, Dr. Mehdi Hadi, visited the Judiciary Center’s press and publication booth and said: Considering the applicability of the collections of judicial verdicts, the series of meetings of the review of votes also which will be held under the management of the Research Institute’s Judicial Procedural Unity Office in Tehran and the provinces, will soon be available to judges and the legal community for use.
Announcing that the “six-volume course on Iran’s oral criminal policy” will be published in the Judiciary Week, he added: This collection, according to the experts in criminal science, is the first and most comprehensive oral narrative of the various areas of Iran’s criminal policy and the achievement of the first stage of the national plan for compiling the criminal policy document of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
Dr. Hadi expressed his hope that this book will be effective in drawing the general policy governing the criminal justice system and drafting the criminal policy document of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
Popularization of the Judiciary by Increasing Legal Awareness
He also emphasized the importance of popularizing the judiciary and pointed to the increase of people’s legal awareness through conducting research-based training courses and said: The Research Institute’s Education and Innovation Center offers practical courses with the presence of experienced professors and judges to improve knowledge.
Dr. Hadi stated that the research institute has widened the scientific connection with the field and the university in the last year and added: This connection has been followed by holding moot court, vote analysis meetings in universities and joint scientific meetings.
Priority Programs of the JRI in 1402
The head of the JRI also said: trial implementation of the idea of rehabilitative prisons in several provinces, focusing on developing a judicial model based on Islamic law, implementing research programs in line with the digitalization of the judiciary, creating a joint judicial-banking working group, and creating a research working group for the preparation of the ” Personal status of religious and non-Shia minorities” document as JRI priority programs in 1402.
During this visit, which was attended by a number of vice presidents and managers of the research groups of the JRI, Dr. Hadi talked about research works with some visitors of the press and publications center of the Judiciary.
