The ceremony of concluding the memorandum of cooperation between the Center for the Development of National Dispute Resolution and the Judiciary Research Institute has been held.
Hojjatul-Islam, Dr. Mehdi Hadi, the head of the JRI, emphasied the inherent task of the institute in providing applied research to different departments of the judicial system and said in this meeting: Involving people and affected people in the case and providing non-judicial solutions is a new approach to solving judicial problems and one of the plans of the research institute in 1402 is to prepare a “Draft of Mediation in Legal Affairs Bill” which the council’s cooperation will be effective in drafting.
He added: Since mediation plays a prominent role in resolving international disputes, the completion of mediation laws is an important factor to encourage foreign investors in the country.
Hojjatul-Islam Dr. Hadi Sadeghi, head of the Center for the Development of National Dispute Resolution also said in this meeting: Judiciary research institute, as a valuable institution for research in the judicial system, is a desirable scientific support for the development of a culture of peace and compromise and alternative methods of dispute resolution.
Dr. Sadeghi, referring to the approval of the dispute resolution councils bill in recent days, said: One of the important points of this bill is the creation of a valuable institution that helps to solve people’s problems in a shorter way, and the research institute, with its scientific research capacity, plays an effective role for The development of arbitration and mediation institutions will have.
Stating that the Center for the Development of National Dispute Resolution needs the applied research of the Judiciary Research Institute, Sadeghi said: The capacity of the research institute’s scientific meetings can also be used in the specialized culture of new institutions.
Criticizing councils’ votes, making it possible for researchers to access files and reviewing the council’s educational resources with the cooperation of the research institute were among the suggestions of Dr. Sadeghi in this meeting.
