The Judiciary Studies Department of the Judiciary Research Institute and the General Legal Department of the Social Security Organization investigate the causes of frequent lawsuits in a joint working group.
In the pathological meeting of frequent lawsuits, with the presence of the Legal Director General of the Social Security Organization and the Head of the Jurisprudence Studies Department of the JRI, it was decided to form a joint working group to investigate the causes of these lawsuits and propose amendments to the directives and instructions in order to reduce the number of cases in the field of social security.
In this meeting, it was also decided that the General Legal Department of the Social Security Organization will provide the Judiciary Research Institute with well-reasoned and documented opinions for uploading into the judicial voting system.
Using the successful experience of the General Legal Department of the Social Security Organization in revising and consolidating the circulars from around 2000 circulars to 40 circulars was also emphasized in this meeting.
