Joint Cooperation between Qom Women Seminary and the Thematic Institute of Jurisprudence with JRI

During a one-day trip to the holy city of Qom, the head of the Judiciary Research Institute and his deputies reviewed the field of joint research cooperation in separate meetings with the head of the Qom Women Seminary and the director of the Thematic Institute of Jurisprudence.

In the meeting of the heads of the Judiciary Research Institute and the Al-Zahra community (Qom Women Seminary) with the aim of synergy and cooperation to meet the scientific needs of the country and the research needs of the justice system relying on the scientific capacity of the Al-Zahra community, a joint memorandum of cooperation was signed.

Al-Zahra society, which hosted this joint meeting in the holy city of Qom on Tuesday, Khordad 23, 1402, announced its readiness to conduct meetings and research projects. Also, the use of joint educational and research facilities and capabilities was one of the emphasized axes of this meeting.

Examining the field of joint cooperation with the Thematic Institute of Jurisprudence was also one of the one-day trip plans of the head of the Judiciary Research Institute to the holy city of Qom.

Hojjatual-Islam, Dr. Mehdi Hadi, and the Vice President of the Judiciary Research Institute for Management and Resources, in a meeting with the director and members of the Thematic Institute of Jurisprudence, agreed to form a joint work group to review jurisprudential opinions in the field of “gender change”.

The summaries of the legal articles related to gender change in the approved laws and regulations and the need to receive jurisprudential opinions to solve the issues in this area were the most important topics of discussion in this joint meeting.
